Pulse Fitness is a Health and Fitness Club based in Joondalup, Western Australia
Pulse Fitness has been servicing the health and fitness needs of the local community since its inception back in 2003. Originally working with rehabilitation clients referred to us by local chiropractors, physiotherapy and medical centres. Pulse Fitness has since expanded its services to provide a full range of fitness programs available to everyone.
From One to One Personal Training, Dual sessions, small group sessions, 'Bootcamp' training, event specific training (eg: City to Surf, Ironman) Pulse Fitness covers the spectrum of exercise programmes. No matter what your goals, we can help you get there.
Along with our exercise/training programmes we have also included nutrition, massage and supplementation so as to become the 'one stop shop' that you deserve.
Our Trainers
Pulse Fitness trainers all have a minimum qualification of Certificate IV Master Trainer and are insured and registered with Fitness Australia.
Each of our trainers have had a vast and varied range of experiences within the fitness industry (eg: pilates, bodybuilding, weight loss, Ironman racing, team sports coaching, etc) so you can be assured of receiving the best of care regardless of your goals and prior training experiences.
We also take pride in updating our skills and knowledge base constantly to remain among the 'best in the business'.
At Pulse Fitness you are NOT going to be trained by some fresh faced kid who just spent 6 weeks doing a PT course that nobody can fail.
