These sessions are devoted to assessing your fitness level; recording body measurements, flexibility, strength and to gain knowledge of your medical history, short & long term goals, likes/dislikes and lifestyle. During the appraisal sessions we will also get readings of your body fat percentage, muscular hydration levels, bone mass and caculate your FitnessAge® .
It's your personal results that are used to design the training programmes that are suitable just for you.
